PRACTICE WITH KATHERINE
Katherine’s yoga practice embraces Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha Yoga, and Pranayama techniques, offering a holistic approach to body awareness and mindfulness. With a background in dance, she brings a keen eye for understanding the body’s needs, guiding her students to reach their personal goals with persistence, attentiveness, and care.
Her yoga journey deepened after completing her 200-hour teacher training at Living Yoga School in Rishikesh, India. Seeking further growth, after 4 years of teaching, she pursued a 300-hour advanced yoga teacher training with Yoga on the Move in Berlin, led by Marlene Schmitt and Alex Perez. Katherine has taught over 500 hours, balancing dedicated self-practice with her continued teaching & learning.
Katherine combines her expertise in movement from dance with the ancient philosophy of yoga, empowering her students to cultivate body awareness, flexibility, and strength. Her teaching approach blends dynamic physical practices with the deeper, meditative aspects of yoga, encouraging personal growth both on and off the mat.
In addition to her Vinyasa classes, Katherine also teaches Yin Yoga and facilitates Crystal Bowl Sound Baths, offering a more restorative and introspective experience. She values diversity in practice, recognizing that no single style suits everyone, and aims to create a welcoming space for students of all backgrounds and abilities.
Katherine continues to explore the transformative power of yoga, focusing on balance, mindfulness, and holistic wellness in her personal practice and teaching.

Testimonies
“Katherine leads a very thoughtful yoga class, her demeanour is calm and relaxing. I particularly love that she always provides various options for different poses, such that each individual can continually challenge themselves at their own level.” – Dominik
“I took Katherine’s private class and she really helped me with directing my attention inwards while practicing yoga. She is so calm and attentive with a lot of patience. Her presence helps me to be more accepting towards myself as well. If you like a flowy, very cleverly built, slower yoga practice, then you will love her class! – Imola
“I took Kat’s Zoom 1:1 private yoga class during the lockdown and it was a truly memorable experience! I was a total newbie and looking for a gentle, beginner-friendly type of practice to help with my balance. Kat took it slow and made sure I did each pose correctly to avoid giving myself any injuries. At the end of the session, Kat also gave me an intro through meditation and visualisation so I could expand my practice and deepen my understanding of the beauty of yoga. Kat has a loving and caring personality and she genuinely cares about the well-being of her students! I would continue taking Kat’s classes and I hope you will too!” – Emi
